Appointments are entirely by telehealth. Patients must be physically located in an eligible state during every visit. Choose a state to see its booking options:
Insurance and private pay
Find the Appropriate Booking Route
Insurance options vary by state and exact plan. The booking guide shows the current routes through Alma, Headway, or SimplyCalm’s Utah appointment calendar. Private-pay appointments are booked through Alma. Medicare is not accepted.
Utah patients with SelectHealth commercial, SelectHealth Medicaid, or Utah Medicaid can use the Utah calendar route. Their video visit takes place through Spruce. Coverage and estimated cost are verified before the appointment.
