Do I have to be in Iowa during my visit?
Yes. You must be physically located in Iowa at the time of the appointment, even if Iowa is your permanent residence.
Can I attend while working across the state line?
An Iowa appointment requires you to be physically within Iowa at the time of the visit, even if your home address is in Iowa. Use another SimplyCalm state route only when you are physically there and eligible for care in that state.
