100% telehealth • medication-focused care
When anxiety begins controlling the day
Anxiety can look like constant worry, panic, irritability, physical tension, racing thoughts, avoidance, poor sleep, or an inability to switch off. When it interferes with daily life, a psychiatric evaluation can help determine whether medication should be part of the plan.

Why evaluation comes first
Anxiety symptoms can occur on their own or alongside depression, trauma-related symptoms, panic, OCD, ADHD, mood conditions, sleep problems, substance use, medication effects, or physical-health concerns. Treatment decisions should reflect the full picture rather than one symptom alone.
Collaborative medication decisions
If medication is appropriate, Steven will discuss what it is intended to improve, how and when response will be assessed, meaningful side effects, interactions, alternatives, and follow-up. SimplyCalm focuses on evaluation and medication management, not ongoing weekly psychotherapy. Care is available to adults, teens, and children ages 6 and older in all eight licensed states.
