SimplyCalm provides psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, prescribing when clinically appropriate, medication monitoring, and ongoing treatment adjustments. This is medication-focused care rather than ongoing weekly psychotherapy.
Initial evaluation
Discuss current concerns, relevant health and psychiatric history, previous treatment, medications, and goals.
Informed choices
Review reasonable options, potential benefits, possible side effects, and alternatives before deciding together.
Ongoing monitoring
Evaluate response and safety, answer questions, and adjust the plan when clinically indicated.
Steven provides medication management for adults, teens, and children ages 6+ with concerns that may include anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD or trauma-related symptoms, panic, OCD, insomnia, and related conditions. ADHD medication management is not currently available through SimplyCalm in Montana. Every decision follows an individualized evaluation.

Online visits are available to eligible patients in Billings, Missoula, Bozeman, Great Falls, Helena, Butte, Kalispell, and smaller or remote communities. Telehealth can reduce travel demands, although it does not replace emergency, inpatient, or locally delivered care when those services are needed.
